The Institute Mohamed Ali For The Research Of The Eastern Tradition (I.M.A.R.E.T.) And The Center For Documentation of Cultural And Natural Heritage (CULTNAT) are documenting and digitalizing the Egyptian heritage dating to the reign of Mohamed Ali in Greece, whether Egyptian properties or buildings and structures built by Egyptian engineers and architects in the city of Kavala and the island of Thassos.
